Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once!), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2), no walking again today (yesterday from just a couple walks around the block — 1.72), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
I’m hoping that this is the last of the HIGH pressure days for a while. But, today is going to be busy. I don’t even know how to describe what I’m doing. Working on web pages sort of says it. And there are quite a few web pages involved.
I’m very thankful to have this site — I’d never be able to fit a real-life support group into my schedule this fall. Being able to touch base here first thing in the morning is a wonderful thing for me. Is that true for you too?
I did some foot-stretching exercises (stand on a stair on the the balls of my feet drop and let my heels drop as low as they can. Repeat 20 times) that helped. I’m going to see if it makes a difference to do that a couple of times a day for a while. The pain isn’t crazy-bad — but I don’t want it to become a long term or chronic problem. AND I just now found a page with more foot exercises: Dr. Foot.
Thanks to everyone for keeping the conversation going!
What are you going to do today?
Please comment — we’d all like to know what you

Is anyone else having trouble leaving comments in Blogger Blogs? I can get into the sites — but clicking on the comments link just grinds away. (sniff)
So far, no problem with blogger sites, but I’ll see how fast/slow this one goes through.
Maybe when the pressure on you drops off you can have a lunch–with no second helpings–with a friend!
Morning KB and kansas.
J4T I’ll drink 2 liters of water, and today the rels say they’re leaving. I’ll wait and see though.
Hope everyone has a good day.
I’m not having problems with Blogger comments. It might be related to cookies (which can also cause weight problems, but anywayz). Try deleting your Blogger cookies & see if that helps.
Oh. J4T I’ll get a walk in, drink my water, take my fiber, and heave a biiiiiiig sigh of relief now that the work tsunami has ebbed here for at least a few days. Still plenty to do, it’s just not needing to get done all at once.
Trying to get back to “normal”– whatever that is.
Made the bananas into a banana/blueberry bread. No fat at all, 4 med/lg over ripe bananas, 1 c.fresh blueberries, 2 c. flour (whole wheat or regular), 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp baking powder, dash of salt (or not), 1/8 c. Splenda, 1/2 c.non-fat milk, 1 egg– came out GREAT !
Bake in 8″ loaf pan, using non-fat spray to prevent sticking, @ 350 for 1 hr.
10 slices @ 3 pts. apiece.
Store in frig after cooling.
Hi, KB. Take care of those feet.
I didn’t walk today but had plenty of water. Walking tomorrow, I hope.
Hi kb! Sorry for the silence today. Trying to get more work done and spend less time online - not nearly as much fun, but necessary. Hope your heel is better - and hopefully your workload decreases the rest of the week.
