Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once!), drink 2 liters of water (about 1/2), walk 5 miles (yesterday — 6.18), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.
AND, I’ve posted my breakfast and lunch in my Nutribase program — I’ve been jotting my meals on scraps of paper and not taking the time to actually record them. Which is a sloppy habit that could lead to 1) not writing down what I eat & 2) not caring what I eat. So, the posting is something I’ve got to start talking about more — beginning today.
Things have been really heating up at work lately and I’ve come home totally exhausted. But I promise that I’ll stop in after work (laptop blogging from the couch?)
And can we do more virtual walking — and jogging? Even if we’re not all doing it at the same time . . . .

J4T I’ve managed to get in a lunchtime walk, taken my fiber, and have nearly gotten to 2L of water (going for 3). Left to do J4T: release a manual (release? Hah! Manuals escape, leaving behind a trail of battered reviewers and editors!), start verifying another manual against the actual CLI commands, then cut out a little early so I can get a photo shoot done.
I made parsley pizza dough last night; Mrs. Fetched said she’ll take it from there this evening. Nothing like fresh herbs to liven up a pizza.
