Just 4 Today, I’ll drink my fiber twice (done once!), drink 2 liters of water (so far, about 1/2 liter), walk 5 miles (yesterday — 5.00), NOT eat between meals & NOT take seconds.

What are you going to do today?

I’m not dark! I SHOULD be, but I’m still in my “doing-errandS stage of the day. Later I’ll enter the “now I’m working” stage… Just got back from walking on the beach, and watching ladies clean up an old sea turtle nest. And trying to stay busy so I don’t eat everything that doesn’t move! One of those days…
Hi Beth! I just love it that you get to take early morning walks on the beach. I SWEAR that I will someday be able to do that too.
I can think of a couple of moving things that I wouldn’t dare eat — start by eliminating those from your diet (worms for example). That will give you power to face the rest!
